that’s a neat style of leg there.  It’s like a hydrolic lift and compression system that is really great for running, climbing, etc.  By adding a flex foot makes it even more awesome.  I tried for one once, but couldn’t get it to fit the space needed to make it work.  I might try again though - its worth the attempt.
